These profound experiences can bring joy, complexity, and sometimes deep emotional pain. I specialize in working with women during these seasons, helping them process the emotional shifts, reconnect with their sense of self, and build resilience through the challenges.
Through an emotionally focused and relational approach, I’m here to walk alongside you, fostering healing, empowerment, and deeper connection—to yourself, your relationships, and the life you are building.
Dr. Cara Deininger
I am a psychologist specializing in women's mental health, trauma therapy, and perinatal mental health. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for anxiety, PTSD, depression, stress, and life transitions. My private practice offers a supportive space for women to heal, regain confidence, and navigate relationships, motherhood, and personal growth.
I offer a range of evidence based therapies to meet each individuals needs. I primarily offer secure teletherapy sessions; however, a limited number of in-person appointments are available.

I also have advanced training in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, binge eating, insomnia, nightmares, and emotion regulation difficulties.
