Welcome! I take an emotionally focused and relational approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that our emotions and relationships are at the core of who we are. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), interpersonal and psychodynamic approaches, and evidenced based therapies for trauma.

Whether you're seeking support for personal growth and navigating life transitions, or struggling with trauma, anxiety, self-doubt, or the challenges of balancing it all, I am here to support you every step of the way.
My private practice is based in Minnesota, but I am also a PSYPACT authorization holder, which allows me to offer telehealth services to clients in 39 participating states.
