I offer a free initial 15 minute consultation where we will address concerns and questions you may have. Prior to beginning therapy, you will receive access to an online portal, and through this portal you can schedule sessions and send secure messages to me.
Rates
As an out-of-network provider, I am not contracted with insurance companies, which allows me to offer more flexibility in the care I provide. This enables me to maintain a smaller caseload, and allows me to give each client the focused attention and support they deserve. Additionally, insurance providers may have control over the choice of your provider and the number of sessions you can access.
I accept cash, credit card or health service account (HSA). Full payment is expected at the time of service. I am happy to provide a “superbill,” which serves as a record of the services I have provided and the payment I have received. This can often help you get 50-100% of this fee reimbursed by using out-of-network benefits. It is helpful to call your insurance provider in advance to determine your level of coverage. Current rates for sessions are listed below.
Diagnostic intake appointment: $225
Individual psychotherapy appointment: $185
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a therapy session, you will need to contact me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Without advance notice, full payment is required for any missed sessions.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for what your services may cost.
